On behalf of the entire team at Hotel Royal Singi, we sincerely hope you and your family loved ones are keeping well and in good health during these uncertain and trying times of the COVID-19 pandemic.
It has been our utmost priority to ensure we align ourselves with the industry requirements of health & safety and the hotel remains closed until date. However, it is my pleasure to inform you that we will be re-opening our facilities exclusively for conferences, meetings and seminars from next week. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any such events in line for future dates so we may welcome and serve you once again with our impeccable standards of quality and service.
Due to the current health pandemic, the hotel will enforce and follow the below standards of protocol:
– social distancing which will amend our seating capacity for meeting venues
– all delegates’ temperature will be checked upon entry into the hotel
– face masks will be mandatory for all delegates entering into the hotel and while in public areas (lobby, garden, buffet space)
Unfortunately the hotel will not be hosting any social events for now and we will monitor the progress of the pandemic and keep you updated. The remainder of hotel’s facilities will also not be operational (restaurant, bar, café) at the moment.
Hotel Royal Singi currently plans to resume ALL services from January 1 st 2021 and we will commence accepting room reservations.
